Beginning Strength Summer Camp
Looking for a way to help your child get stronger, move better, and boost their athletic performance this summer?
Kings Barbell is launching its first Youth Summer Strength Program—a beginner-friendly training experience designed for kids ages 9–12. This 4-week program focuses on teaching proper strength training techniques in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

📍 Mondays & Wednesdays | 3–4 PM
💰 First time offer $55 for 4 weeks

Space is limited to just 12 kids to ensure individual attention and quality coaching. Over the course of the program, your child will:
•Learn proper strength training form
•Build muscle strength and endurance
•Improve coordination and athletic ability
•Gain confidence and have fun doing it!
